Monday Musings: Offensive

Don't offend anyone.  If you do...You could lose your job.  You could lose your reputation.  You could lose your freedom.  You could lose your life.

Don't fear to offend.  If you do... You could lose your identity.  You could lose your rights.  You could lose your freedom.  You could lose your soul.

If you don't offend, you are grouped with the "sheeple".  If you do offend, you are grouped with the "ignorant".

So how to express offense without offending?

Don't offend - defensive.  Offend - offensive.

What purpose the offense?  To harm?  To persuade?  To raise alarm? To denigrate? To wake up?  To intimidate?  To decry?

Who offends? The truth seeker or the truth sayer?

Which is more offensive?  The true or the false?  True or False?

Should we be offended?  If so, then what?  If not, then why?

What is worth the offensive?  What is the offensive worth?

Anything?  Just some things?  Or just one thing?

Luke 7:23  And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Isaiah 8: 13 Sanctify the Lord of hosts himself; and alet him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
14 And he shall be for a asanctuary; but for a bstone of cstumbling and for a drock of eoffence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a fsnare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Matthew 24:
And ye shall hear of awars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not btroubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
For anation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be bfamines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
All these are the beginning of asorrows.
Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall akill you: and ye shall be bhated of all nations cfor my name’s sake.
10 And then shall many be aoffended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

So refrain from the offensive, know that offenses come, choose not to take offense, but defend against offensiveness.

So, have I offended?
